Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

• Lakeland Generator Service makes every effort to process and ship every purchase within one business day of receipt of payment (credit card payment clearance.)

• Most purchases will be shipped by UPS and for larger products such as generators may require liftgate services. 

• Shipping costs are determined for each purchase individually, based on product dimensions and weight.

Returns

• Lakeland Generator service will accept most returns subject to the following:

• Returns accepted within the first 30 days after payment is received.

• In most cases buyer must pay return shipping cost.

• Buyer must contact us prior to sending item for return. This will allow both the buyer and Lakeland Generator Service to determine the need and nature of the return (Incorrect item, missing/damaged, warranty).

• Returns will only be accepted for items received not matching description of item purchased, or unrepairable shipping damage.

Warranty

• Follow the manufacturers guidance to receive warranty repairs or service.
