Basic Plan for Air Cooled Units
Your Monthly Subscription Includes:
- One Annual Service, which includes changing the oil, oil filter, air filter, and spark plugs.
40 Point Inspection:
- Checking all seals and hoses for any wear and tear, such as cracks and leaks.
- Checking for any types of alarms, error codes, and warning lights.
- Check the battery voltage and inspect the battery, battery cables, and terminals for any corrosion and damage.
- Inspect all the electrical wiring for fraying, nicks, or any loose connections.
- We make sure that the area around the generator is clear of debris for proper exhaust ventilation and air flow.
- Listens for unusual noises or vibrations that the generator might make while running.
- Simulates a power failure to ensure that the generator and auto transfer switch are in working order (with customer approval at time of service)

- Major Engine Repairs, Alternator Replacement, Generator Replacement, Fuel Supply Issues, Storm/Flood Damage, Rodent Damage

Basic Plan for Liquid Cooled Units
Your Monthly Subscription Includes:
All the features of the Basic Plan for Air Cooled plus:
- Check coolant level in radiator and overflow reservoir.
- Inspect radiator, hoses, clamps, and water pump for leaks or wear and tear.
Services Not Included:
- Major Engine Repairs, Alternator Replacement, Generator Replacement, Fuel Supply Issues, Storm/Flood Damage, Rodent Damage
- Repairs Outside this Agreement Will Be Quoted Separately
Plus Plan for Air Cooled Units
Your Monthly Subscription Includes:
All the features of the Basic Plan for Air Cooled, plus:
- A year's worth of Monitoring
- Over the Phone Tech Support
Services Not Included:

- Lifetime Battery Warranty (Battery must be installed and maintained by Lakeland Generator Service)
- Priority Appointment Scheduling
- First Response During Outages (Priority status only, not guaranteed arrival time)
